Used this place for a movie shoot, they prepped 18 individual sandwiches for the crew and delivered them with in the estimated time frame! (no longer than 45 minutes) Great Job Guys!!!

love love their baked goods esp their brownie, but the service is usually a little off. 90% of the time they'll leave something out or switch up the specified ingredients in a sandwich. whatever though, it's still good and they're usually nice about it on the phone.

Good bagels, but they always get at least one thing wrong in every order, which is annoying.

The mustard sauce completely overtook the Ham and Gruyere sandwich. I couldn't taste anything because the mustard burned off my taste buds and set my nose membranes on fire. The wrapper smelled like gasoline, and the "chopped salad" that I ordered didn't have one piece of lettuce in it. I will NEVER order from here again.

The food is very good but the service needs work! Our delivery took more than an hour and 15 minutes. The employees on the phone didn't help track our food down. In the end, the delivery guy couldn't find our door!

I had a very disappointing first time experience with this place. I ordered egg sandwich, OJ and late. $13.07 + $3 tip. Not a cheap breakfast for 1 person.. It took forever for the food to arrive, food was cold, ice in my iced late was completely melted and there were no straws for OJ and late. But the worst was that orange juice was spilled inside delivery bag and sandwich was absolutely soaking wet. All went to the garbage except top half of bagel from the sandwich. My advice - check ordered items before accepting delivery...

best bagel i ever had. and ive had a lot of great bagels. what made the bagel even more amazing was the pesto and mozzarella on top. soooo good its my first time ordering but i will definitely be ordering again
